NDIS support rates
The supports we provide are charged within the price limits set by the NDIS in its Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and are outlined in the following table. The NDIS reviews these limits each year, with changes usually taking effect on 1 July, and we may adjust our fees in line with them. Our fees may also change at other times.
Any change to our fees applies only to supports delivered after the change takes effect and we will always communicate any changes in advance, so you will always know the current cost of a support before you receive it.

You always decide the quantity and type of supports you receive from us. We will always tell you in advance what we are delivering, through appointment reminders, emails, or your therapist directly, and we will let you know if an invoice stays unpaid.
Your responsibility: Supports you request and receive must be paid for. We cannot see your NDIS funding, so it is your responsibility, or your representatives', to make sure you have enough funding available for the supports you receive.
You can ask us at any time for a summary of the appointments and chargeable activities we have provided, or are scheduled to provide, so you can check this against your funding.
If you think your funding may not be enough, tell us straight away. If your funding body, for example the NDIS, does not cover the cost, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
We invoice after services are delivered, to your Plan Manager or to you, depending on your plan type.
What we charge for
Every session is made up of the time your therapist spends working directly with you, and the non-face-to-face time that supports it. This non-face-to-face work is an essential part of delivering high-quality therapy rather than an optional extra. The table below shows the typical non-face-to-face time for each session type. The actual time can be more or less depending on what your session involves, and we only ever charge for the work we have actually done.
Occuptional Therapy and Speech Pathology sessions
| Session Types | Direct therapy time | Typical non-face-to-face time | Typical total billed time | Typical cost |
| Initial Consult | 90 minutes | 30 minutes | 2 hours | $387.98 |
| One-hour consult | 60 minutes | 20 minutes | 1 hour 20 minutes | $258.66 |
| 45-minute consult | 45 minutes | 20 minutes | 1 hour 5 minutes | $210.16 |
The times shown in the above table are typical and are charged at the Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology hourly rates set out in the NDIS Support Rates section of this Agreement. Physiotherapy sessions follow the same typical times but costs are slightly different, as the physiotherapy hourly rate is different (see the NDIS Support Rates section). The costs in the above table exclude travel for appointments outside our clinic, such as home or school visits — see the Travel Costs section for how travel is charged.
The non-face-to-face time built into each session typically includes:
Preparing and planning for your session
Writing and reviewing case notes and appointment summaries
Writing and updating therapy plans, including person-centred therapy goals, strategies and outcomes
Communicating about your session progress and goals with you and your support network, for example family members, support coordinators and equipment suppliers
Some non-face-to-face work goes beyond what is included in a standard session. This is charged separately, at the applicable hourly rate, for the time it takes. The most common example is report writing, such as an assessment or progress reports. We will always discuss these charges with you in advance.
Travel costs
If your therapist travels to see you, we charge for:
When your therapist travels to more than one client on the same trip, we share the travel costs between those clients and only charge you for your share.
Our Assessment Packages
The table below shows the assessment packages we offer and the typical hours each involves, covering the assessment, associated non-face-to-face time, and the written report. The cost is the hours shown multiplied by the applicable hourly rate set out in the NDIS support rates section of this agreement.
The hours are typical and can vary depending on what your assessment involves. If we expect a package to take more or fewer hours than shown, we'll tell you before we begin, and we only charge for work we've actually done.
| Packages | Typical total billed time | Typical cost |
| Functional Capacity Assessment | 13 hours | $2,521.87 |
| Supported Independent Living Assessment | 15 hours | $2,909.85 |
| Mealtime Management Assessment | 13 hours | $2,521.87 |
Cancellations and when you're unwell
If you, or someone in your household, are unwell, please do not attend a face-to-face appointment, and let us know as early as you can. We can switch the session to telehealth, which keeps things on track from home.
If you need to cancel, please tell us at least 2 clear business days before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 2 clear business days' notice, don't attend, or choose to cancel altogether rather than switch to telehealth, we will charge 100% of the session fee, in line with NDIS rules. This covers the full time we had reserved for you, including session preparation, the session itself, follow-up such as case notes, and planned travel time to and from your appointment.
If you have a sudden illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as you can, and we'll always try to be fair.
Safe session delivery
For all clinic sessions with children/teens under 18 years of age, a caregiver/guardian must remain on site for the entire session. Sessions cannot proceed if a caregiver/guardian is not present on site.
Changes to this agreement
From time to time we may update the terms of this agreement, for example to reflect changes to our services or to NDIS requirements. When we do, we will send you the updated terms and let you know what has changed, and we will always invite you to raise any questions or concerns, or to discuss your services with us. The updated terms apply from the date they take effect. If you do not wish to continue under them, you can end this agreement at any time, immediately, as set out under "Ending this agreement."
Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time, with immediate effect, by telling us in writing or verbally. If you tell us verbally, we will confirm it back to you in writing so we both have a record. Any supports we have already delivered, or that you have already agreed to and we cannot reasonably cancel, still need to be paid for.
We may also end this agreement, giving you as much notice as we reasonably can, and immediately where there is a safety risk or other serious concern.
